For the Chicken Patties:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For Toppings:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup finely shredded parmesan
  • 4 small flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Combine well.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 parts and shape into thin patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the chicken patties in the skillet for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
