Chocolate Ganache Recipe:

  • 8 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate, finely chopped

No Mixer Needed:

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Place chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl. In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer (do not boil).
  2. Pour hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit undisturbed for 3 minutes. Stir slowly from the center outward until the chocolate is fully melted and the ganache is smooth.
