  • 4 cod fillets

Lemon Garlic Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season Cod: Place cod fillets in the dish and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Prepare Sauce: In a bowl, mix butter, oil, garlic, lemon juice, and zest. Pour over the fish.
  4. Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
