Instructions

  1. Make the sugar cookie crust: Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, powdered sugar, and salt. Add butter, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until a dough forms. Press the dough onto a pizza pan and bake for 12-15 minutes.
