White Chocolate Ganache:

  • 12 oz (about 2 cups) white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Place white chocolate: in a heatproof bowl.
  2. Heat heavy cream: in a small saucepan over medium heat until just simmering (do not boil).
  3. Pour hot cream: over the white chocolate and let sit for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Stir gently: until smooth and glossy.
  5. Let cool: to room temperature. Chill if needed to thicken for piping or whipping.
