For the Crust:
- 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
For the Cheesecake:
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
