French Bread:
- 1 large French bread loaf
Chicken Filling:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice and hollow: Slice the bread in half lengthwise and hollow out some of the center.
- Mix filling: In a bowl, mix chicken, mayo, cheese, garlic powder, parsley, salt & pepper.
- Fill bread: Spread filling evenly inside bread halves. Reassemble the loaf and wrap in foil.
- Bake: Bake for 15–20 minutes until hot and cheese is melted.
- Serve: Slice and serve warm.
