French Bread:

  • 1 large French bread loaf

Chicken Filling:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice and hollow: Slice the bread in half lengthwise and hollow out some of the center.
  3. Mix filling: In a bowl, mix chicken, mayo, cheese, garlic powder, parsley, salt & pepper.
  4. Fill bread: Spread filling evenly inside bread halves. Reassemble the loaf and wrap in foil.
  5. Bake: Bake for 15–20 minutes until hot and cheese is melted.
  6. Serve: Slice and serve warm.
