For the Crust:
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
For the Filling:
- 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup cherry pie filling
For the Crumble Topping:
- ½ cup flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup butter
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8″ square pan.
- Mix crust ingredients and press into the pan. Bake for 8 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Pour over the crust.
- Drop cherry filling in spoonfuls and swirl.
- Mix crumble topping and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until set. Chill and slice to serve.
