For the Crust:

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup cherry pie filling

For the Crumble Topping:

  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8″ square pan.
  2. Mix crust ingredients and press into the pan. Bake for 8 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Pour over the crust.
  4. Drop cherry filling in spoonfuls and swirl.
  5. Mix crumble topping and sprinkle over the top.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until set. Chill and slice to serve.
