Main Dip:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup crumbled cooked bacon (plus extra for topping)
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Optional: ½ tsp hot sauce for a kick

Topping:

  • ½ cup crushed buttery crackers (like Ritz), for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. Mix Dip: In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Assemble and Top: Spread the dip into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle crushed crackers and extra bacon over the top.
  4. Bake: Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  5. Serve Warm: Serve with crackers, toasted baguette slices, or fresh veggies.
