For the Chaffles:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp almond flour (optional for extra structure)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
For Grilling:
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Butter for grilling
- Preheat your mini waffle maker. In a small bowl, mix mozzarella, egg, almond flour, and garlic powder until combined.
